§ 403. Dimensions of Gravity Cellar Drains and Sump Pump Lines.

    Every gravity cellar drain constructed in the future shall be at least four inches in diameter, except in special circumstances where at the discretion of the Borough Manager they shall be not less than that of the drain pipe or storm sewer into which the cellar drain is proposed to be connected.
    2. 
    Every sump pump line connected into the drainage system shall be a maximum diameter of three inches or less, except in special circumstances where at the discretion of the Borough Manager they may be increased in size if it is determined that they will not surcharge that portion of the existing drainage system.
