§ 303. Power Factor Correction.

  • The power factor as determined by the Borough at a time of normal load by temporarily installed instruments shall be applied to all future billing computation or until such time as the consumer may install corrective apparatus and so inform the Borough, after which a recheck will be made of the power factor registered at normal load; provided, however, that the Borough will not be obliged to make these tests more than once per year. Tests will be made more often upon application by the consumer when accompanied by a fee to be established from time to time by resolution of Borough Council.
