§ 301. Power Factor; Billing Adjustment.

  • The Borough reserves the right to determine, by test at a time of normal load or by permanently installed instruments, the power factor of the consumer's load at the point where the electric energy is metered, and if the average monthly power factor is less than 85%, the Borough may, upon 60 days' notice to the consumer, compute that consumer's bill for electric service by multiplying the KWH metered by the following constants.
